The Buyer’s name, billing address, shipping address, telephone number, email address, and other information provided during checkout form part of the relevant transaction.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This Agreement governs the sale, payment, delivery, withdrawal, return, and refund conditions applicable to products purchased through www.arvsiem.com.

Before placing an order, the Buyer is provided with the essential information relating to the product and transaction.

3. Product and Order Information

The essential characteristics of each product are displayed on the relevant product page and during checkout.

Before completing payment, the Buyer may review:

The Buyer is responsible for reviewing this information before confirming the order.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase.

The total amount payable, including applicable taxes, shipping costs, and other disclosed charges, is displayed before the Buyer confirms the order.

Payments may be processed by authorized third-party payment providers, including iyzico, where available.

ARVSIEM does not directly store complete credit or debit card details.

An order is considered received after the relevant payment transaction has been successfully completed or authorized.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the shipping address provided by the Buyer during checkout.

Unless another delivery period is expressly stated or agreed, products subject to Turkish consumer law will be delivered within the legally applicable period and, in general, no later than 30 days after receipt of the order.

International delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs procedures, carrier operations, and circumstances outside the Seller’s reasonable control.

The Seller remains responsible for loss or damage during delivery until the product is delivered to the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer, as required by applicable law.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Where Turkish consumer protection law applies, the Buyer generally has the right to withdraw from an eligible distance purchase within 14 days, without providing a reason and without paying a penalty.

For physical products, the withdrawal period generally begins on the date the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer receives the product.

The Buyer may also exercise the right of withdrawal between conclusion of the Agreement and delivery of the product.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted to:

admin@arvsiem.com

The Buyer should provide the order number and sufficient information to identify the relevant purchase.

7. Return of Products

After exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must return the relevant product within the period required by applicable law.

ARVSIEM will provide the applicable return instructions.

Products should not be sent directly to a manufacturer or another address unless specifically instructed by ARVSIEM.

Return shipping costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation and the information provided before purchase.

8. Refunds

Where a valid withdrawal or return is accepted, refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Where Turkish consumer law applies, eligible payments must generally be refunded within the legally prescribed period.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method or another legally permitted method without imposing additional costs on the Buyer where prohibited by law.

Bank, card issuer, or payment-provider processing times may affect when the refunded amount becomes visible in the Buyer’s account.

9. Condition of Returned Products

The Buyer may inspect a product to the extent reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

Where permitted by applicable law, the Buyer may be responsible for any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is reasonably necessary for such inspection.

Products should, where reasonably possible, be returned together with their original labels, accessories, and packaging.

10. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may not apply to products or services that are legally excluded from this right.

This may include, where applicable:

These exceptions do not affect the Buyer’s rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

11. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from the product ordered, the Buyer should contact ARVSIEM as soon as reasonably possible.

ARVSIEM may request:

The appropriate remedy will be provided in accordance with applicable consumer law.

12. Order Cancellation

Buyers wishing to cancel an order before dispatch should contact:

admin@arvsiem.com

If an order has already been dispatched, the request may instead be handled under the applicable withdrawal and return procedure.

13. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Where such charges legally fall on the recipient, they are the responsibility of the Buyer unless otherwise expressly stated during checkout.

Nothing in this Agreement limits mandatory consumer rights available in the Buyer’s country of residence.

14. Impossibility of Performance

If fulfillment of an order becomes impossible, ARVSIEM will inform the Buyer and provide the refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Under Turkish rules, where performance becomes impossible, the consumer must be informed and collected payments must be refunded within the applicable statutory period.

15. Personal Data

Personal information provided by the Buyer is processed in accordance with the ARVSIEM Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

Necessary information may be shared with payment processors, shipping providers, hosting providers, fraud-prevention services, and other service providers where necessary to process and fulfill an order.

16. Complaints and Disputes

Buyers may contact ARVSIEM regarding complaints or disputes at:

admin@arvsiem.com

Consumers protected by Turkish consumer law may also apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee (Tüketici Hakem Heyeti) or Consumer Court (Tüketici Mahkemesi) where applicable.

Mandatory consumer rights are not restricted by this Agreement.

17. Applicable Law
